Gratitude🌸

Gratitude needs no explanation. Gratitude is the key to living a happy and fulfilled life, no matter where you are and what you have. Gratitude is a game-changer. It's something that, if you can bring more gratitude into your life, into your mind and space, then it will just make you happier. It will make you feel more fulfilled. It will help you truly appreciate everything that you have in your life, right in front of you, right now.  I know that, if you're in that stage where you're striving for the future or you're trying to accomplish these goals and yes, there's nothing wrong with trying to accomplish things for the future.  But if you don't have gratitude for everything that you have right now, then you're never gonna feel like you have enough.  Tony Robbins has this quote. How to enjoy being alone

How to enjoy being alone & things you can do to feel better. It's easy to feel lonely while in self isolation or quarantine, since we're physically disconnected from people and the world. This is an opportunity to go inward and discover, to find joy in the little things, and fall in love with yourself.  While I always have work to do, there are times like on weekends, where I don't want to work but I also don't know what else to do. And there is this little feeling of emptiness and no direction where I'm just like what should I be doing right now? enjoy this time alone and less lonely. This is an opportunity to rediscover yourself, nourish yourself and find joy in the little things and fall in love with yourself. I sum it up in three words love,joy and curiosity. So 1st focus on love. Time spent alone gives you an opportunity to cultivate self love. Treat yourself with love  double down on your self care. And do activities that makes you feel good.
